About Us

Our practice is guided by our passion, our philosophy, and our patients.

Our Passion

Our goal is to help you become an expert in yourself. We believe everyone can heal themselves. Our passion is helping individuals discover their inner wisdom to heal their body, mind, and spirit. We focus on four key factors: conscious awareness, courage, curiosity, and self-compassion.

Our Story

Mind+Full Therapy was founded in 2017 by Kendyl Leasure, a licensed therapist with a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. Kendyl founded Mind + Full Therapy with the idea that old, talk therapy is outdated and that modern, alternative, more open-minded therapies resonate more with people seeking help. At Mind + Full Therapy, we work to change the stigma that is associated with seeking therapy—there’s nothing wrong with asking others for help and we believe it is both healthy and important to face your issues.
